1. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

The exchange policy described below, applicable to the purchase of all Products, is a benefit provided by SPIAGGIA & SOLE to its customers, allowing the exchange of Products under the terms and conditions outlined below.

1.1 Exclusions

Exchanges, returns, and/or warranties do not cover:

• Normal wear and aging of the garments.
• Wear of the garments due to improper washing.
• Wear of the garments due to improper use.

1.2 EXCHANGES


Terms and conditions applicable to exchange requests:

Products can be exchanged due to size and will be subject to approval by the SPIAGGIA & SOLE team within 30 days of the purchase date.

To process the exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• The Product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging without any signs of use, with the bag with barcode and the tags with which it was delivered.
• The exchange process must be carried out within 30 days after the purchase.
• A maximum of two exchanges of the same item can be made, and the original order date will always be taken into account for the 30-day calculation.
• SPIAGGIA & SOLE will only exchange used Products for issues covered under the Product Guarantee.
• Exchanges can be made for Products of the same reference.
• In the event the Product is of a different reference, a SPIAGGIA & SOLE gift card will be issued for the purchase value for the buyer to use at their discretion.
• Any cost associated with the product exchange will be covered by SPIAGGIA & SOLE.
• All exchanges are subject to approval by our team.
• In the case of a gift, the order number, email, or phone number of the buyer must be provided.
• The buyer has fourteen (14) calendar days to send the product via a FedEx point from the moment the return label is sent.

1.2.1 Steps to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, the process is as follows:

• Size exchange for the same item.
• All exchanges are subject to product availability.

The SPIAGGIA & SOLE team will verify that all the requirements outlined in these Terms and Conditions are met for the exchange to proceed.
The buyer will receive approval for the exchange via email, if the exchange is approved, and the return label will be attached. If the exchange is not approved, the buyer will be informed through the same channels.
Send the package in the same condition in which it was delivered, via any FedEx point, with the corresponding label and appropriate packaging, within a maximum of fourteen (14) days after receiving the label.
