SHIPPING & RETURNS — SPIAGGIA & SOLE

Shipping times

All orders are shipped via FedEx on a fully trackable service, free of charge worldwide. Orders placed before 14:00 GMT are dispatched the same business day; orders placed after this time will be shipped the following business day.

Please note that a signature may be required upon delivery.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your FedEx tracking number. You can track your shipment at any time at fedex.com.

Import duties & taxes

There are no import duties or taxes for US orders. For all other countries, duties and taxes are subject to regional import laws and are not included in the shipping cost.

Returns & exchanges

We want every purchase to feel right. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. We operate a strict 30-day exchange policy from the original purchase date. Items received after this window will be sent back to the customer. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and barcodes intact.

Exchanges are processed for the same product reference only. A maximum of two exchanges per item is allowed, always calculated from the original order date. If you prefer a different style, a SPIAGGIA & SOLE gift card will be issued for the full purchase value. Used items are only eligible for exchange when the issue falls under our Product Guarantee. Exchanges, returns, and/or warranties do not cover normal wear and aging of garments, damage caused by improper washing, or damage resulting from improper use.

Regarding shipping costs, if you purchased the wrong size by mistake, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost, and SPIAGGIA & SOLE will fully cover the cost of sending the replacement item back to you. Please note that only one (1) item per order is eligible for return under this circumstance. For all other cases — manufacturing defects or issues covered under our Product Guarantee — SPIAGGIA & SOLE assumes all shipping costs in both directions.

Please note that sale items or items purchased at a reduced price — including those bought with a promotional code of more than 25% off — are not eligible for returns. These items may only be exchanged for the same item in a different size, or for store credit.

For gift exchanges, please have the original buyer's order number, email address, or phone number on hand. All exchanges are subject to product availability.

How to return or exchange your order

Simply write to us at customercare@spiaggiasole.com and our team will take care of your case, guiding you through the process and providing the return address. Once approved, follow these steps:

  1. Place your items back in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  2. For customers in the US, EU, and Rest of World, include the provided invoice document in the parcel in accordance with customs regulations.
  3. Attach the pre-paid FedEx return label to the outside of the box.
  4. Schedule a free collection through FedEx or drop the parcel off at your nearest FedEx service point. Your 10-digit waybill number can be found beneath the top barcode on your printed return label.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will ship your replacement without delay.

Can I exchange for a different item?

Exchanges apply to the same item in a different size or colour only. If you'd like a different style, a SPIAGGIA & SOLE gift card will be issued for the full purchase value to be used at your discretion.
